Create your perfect Rain in the City experience
The Windows 10 Fall Creators Update has a new feature that lets you create a Rain in the City experience in Windows. With Rain in the City, you can easily create your own personalized theme for your PC. The new feature is available in the Settings app, under Personalization. Here you can select your favorite rain and create a unique background for your PC. You can also choose to add a background picture of your choice to the theme.
